# Module overview

Tickets are private channels used for server support. Server administrators or owners set up ticket panels, which are messages with buttons. When a user clicks a button, a private channel is created where they can describe their issue.

# Creating ticket panel

To create your first ticket panel, You need to follow the steps below:

  1. Login into our dashboard
  2. Choose server where you want to create ticket panel
  3. Click on the "Configure" button on the "Tickets" card
  4. Now you can create your first ticket panel, using button near select menu.
  5. Now fill the simple form, and submit.
  6. Select the created panel using select menu and you will be redirected to ticket panel management.

# Adding ticket button

  1. Select "Buttons" button in the ticket panel management dashboard.
  2. You can set all those fields as you want. They are required. .
  3. You can also configure auto-transcript feature.
  4. Finally, click the green button and create panel.

Those are only preview fields, they change along with changing the naming style

# Channel naming style

Here you can change between "Username" and "Count" naming style. Username will force new tickets to be named ticket-{username} (ex: ticket-mafineeek). Count will force new tickets to be named ticket-{count} (ex: ticket-025)

# Open ticket message channel

Here you set the channel, where ticket open message will be sent.

# Dropdown

Enabling this feature will add dropdown instead of buttons to the message.

# Sending panel

In order to start using tickets, you need to send ticket panel (to set earlier channel). It can be done using ticket hotbar and "Send" button.
